Day 1: Arrival in Dar Es Salaam
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the Jangwani Sea Breezes hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 2: Dar Es Salaam – Mikumi National Park by train
Early morning hotel pick-up and transfer to the train station. The train departs Dar Es Salaam at 9:00 AM and arrives in Morogoro at 11:15 AM. From there, transfer by bus to Mikumi National Park (approximately a 2-hour drive, depending on traffic).
Upon arrival, check in to Camp Bastian/Tanswiss and enjoy lunch. At 4:00 PM, visit a Maasai village, where you will have the opportunity to discover and learn about traditional Maasai culture.
Dinner and overnight stay at Camp Bastian/Tanswiss.
Day 3: Full-Day Safari in Mikumi National Park
After breakfast, depart for a full-day safari with a picnic lunch.
Animals frequently seen in the park include lions, antelopes, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras, and elephants. African wild dogs can also be observed in packs.
The vast plains of the Mkata floodplain, rich in wildlife, are often compared to the famous plains of the Serengeti.
Lunch in the park and continue the safari.
Dinner and overnight stay at Camp Bastian/Tanswiss.
Day 4: Mikumi – Dar es Salaam – Zanzibar
After an early breakfast, enjoy a final game drive of approximately one hour before leaving the park for Morogoro, where you will board the train to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met and transferred to your hotel on a half-board (HB) basis.
Day 5: Sunset Cruise
Enjoy a magnificent sunset cruise.
Day 6: Swim with Dolphins at Mnemba Island
Excursion and swim with dolphins around Mnemba Island.
Day 7: Stone Town and Spice Plantation Tour
Explore the historic city of Stone Town and visit Zanzibar's famous spice plantations.
Day 8: Free day at the hotel / Optional activity
Day 9: Free day at the hotel / Optional activity
Day 10: Free day at the hotel / Optional activity
Day 11: Free day at the hotel / Optional activity
Day 12: Free day at the hotel / Optional activity

Transfer from the hotel to Zanzibar Airport (ZNZ) for your return flight.
