Day 1: Marrakech

Arrival at Marrakech airport and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 2: Marrakech

Marrakech, the imperial city, has passed through several dynasties, leaving behind a rich history that can still be seen today.

Visit:

the Koutoubia Mosque

the Bahia Palace

End your day at Jemaa el-Fna square with its storytellers, musicians, snake charmers, and acrobats.

Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 3: Marrakech – Tizi n'Tichka Pass – Ait Benhaddou (180 km)

Departure via the Tizi n'Tichka pass, the highest road pass in Morocco.

Cross the High Atlas Mountains.

Pass through Ait Benhaddou and visit the old village, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Dinner & Overnight in Ait Benhaddou.

Day 4: Ait Benhaddou – Zagora (190 km)

After breakfast, continue south through the city of Ouarzazate, nicknamed the Gateway to the Sahara.

Then depart through the Draa Valley, lined with palm groves and earthen villages.

Arrival in Zagora.

Dinner & Overnight at the Zagora Hotel.

Day 5: Zagora – Erg Chegaga (150 km)

After breakfast, head towards Tamegroute to visit:

the Sidi Naceri Zaouia

the desert library

traditional green pottery workshops

Then head towards Mhamid.

Stop at the village of Tagounit to take a 4x4 to the dunes.

Arrival at Erg Chegaga.

Dinner & Overnight at the Chegaga Bivouac.

Day 6: Erg Chegaga – Ouarzazate (150 km)

After breakfast, return to the village of Tagounit to pick up our minibus.

Return to Ouarzazate via the Draa Valley and its Berber villages.

Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel in Ouarzazate.

Day 7: Ouarzazate – Marrakech (200 km)

Visit the Taourirt Kasbah.

Return to Marrakech.

Overnight stay in a hotel in Marrakech.

Day 8: Marrakech

Transfer to Marrakech Airport.

End of our program.
