After breakfast at the hotel, set off to discover the beauty of the Ourika Valley, a full day trip from Marrakech, and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The Ourika Valley is the closest day trip to Marrakech, but its charm goes far beyond its proximity. Travel along the Atlas Mountains and through stunning landscapes, from vast green meadows to authentic 16th- and 17th-century Berber villages. If you choose to take this trip on a Monday, you'll even have the opportunity to stop at a roadside souk. Discover orchards, terraced vegetable gardens, and villages clinging to the hillsides. You will be amazed by the fruits of the Berbers' labor, who had to climb the hills carrying the necessary materials to build these small villages and who worked to create terraces in a very challenging environment. Continue your journey through the Valley of Palms, following the Ourika, the local river. Along the way, discover numerous fruit trees, tiny villages, the river lined with a few restaurants, and the holiday residences of a privileged few. Then, head to Setti Fatma for a refreshing break.
