Dakhla, located 550 kilometers south of Laâyoune, is a paradise for fishermen and surfers." The city is built on a 40-kilometer-long and 3-to-6-kilometer-wide peninsula that encircles the Rio de Oro Bay. Originally a crude harbor at the entrance of the Rio de Oro during the colonial period, it was called Oued El-Fouch and created in 1844 as Villa Cisneros. Today, the city is proud of its dual position as a fishing port and a trading center.

First Day: Casablanca - Dakhla

Meet at Mohamed V Airport, complete check-in procedures, and fly to Dakhla. Transfer to the hotel upon arrival in Dakhla. Dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel are included.

Day 2: Dakhla

After breakfast, take a 4x4 ride to the White Dune. This is a must-see since it displays a wonderful natural phenomena of a dune situated in the center of a lagoon - a magnificent sight and a favorite of flamingos. The Asna spring, a borehole in the phreatic water table where sulfurous water gushes out at 40°C, will be your next stop. You may have fun in this water, which is recognized for its outstanding dermatological benefits, and even take a shower in it. Following that, proceed to the oyster park for lunch. Dakhla's oysters have surpassed all competitors in the last three years owing to their unrivaled quality, which is attributed to the lagoon, which allows them to grow three to four times quicker. 

The ostrich farm, owned by a local businessman who is passionate about returning ostriches in semi-freedom, will be the day's final stop. Ostriches used to roam the Sahara until the early nineteenth century, when they were persecuted for their feathers and finally wiped off. Around 5:00 p.m., return to the hotel. Dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel are included.

Day 3: Dakhla - Casablanca

Transfer to Dakhla Airport after breakfast.
